Feature request: quick find selected phrase (forwards/backwards)

On some editors (PSPad/Ultraedit) it is possible to perform quick searches of the currently selected phrase - both forwards and backwards.

Suggested hotkeys: CTRL-SHIFT up/down

I also vote for this. I guess right now the only option is for a highlight, cmd-f, cmd-g (on mac).

I keep hitting cmd-k a la Eclipse to find a highlighted phrase and popping up a menu that offers me keywords. :( Probably a better match to the 'k' though than a search.

I'd vote though for a two-key hunt rather than a three key, shift-ctl-arrow thing.

I just rewrote the text searching interface in the last release. It is a major improvement over the previous one. Expect to see a number of new search features showing up in future releases as it is tuned in more.

Added a shortcut to set the search phrase based on the currently selected text. This will also act as a find next if hit repeatedly. The find can be continued or direction changed via the currently existing Find Next / Find Previous commands.

Will be included in next release.
