instalation problems

Postby patrik.vagovic » Tue Nov 22, 2011 8:18 am

I followed steps for installation of editra from the source code and I got following error typing:
python Editra in the src folder. Can somebody help with this problem?

Thanks in advance

Guessing your running OSX Lion or a 64 bit python?

wxPython 2.8 is 32 bit only some information on what you can do to get it running can be found on the wxPython mailing list:

Searching wxPython OSX Lion on google will yield additional resources.

Also which installation instructions where you reading (URL?)? I should update them to also note that the uppercase 'Editra' script has been replaced with a more standard lowercase 'editra' launcher script in the later versions.
